A cause of death has been determined for “Pulp Fiction” actor Peter Greene, who died back in December.

“Pulp Fiction” actor Peter Greene, who was found dead inside his Lower East Side apartment, died of an accidental gunshot wound, according to the New York City medical examiner.

Greene rose to prominence via his villainous roles in the 1990s ... particularly shining opposite Jim Carrey as mobster Dorian Tyrell in the comedy "The Mask."
