Any HVL POA member may obtain a daily fishing guest pass from the HVL POA office for up to three guests per day. A guest may fish for only three (3) days per month.

Fishing is permitted, but possession of a valid California fishing license is required for persons 16 years of age or older. Fish include largemouth bass, sunfish, catfish and trout.
