190K views · 497 reactions | the matcha paste method I used 3g of fresh matcha and in total 55g of hot (170F°) water. start by sifting all 3g of your matcha, add 15g of hot water, and using your whisk dab and swirl until the clumps are gone. this will take about 30 seconds. then add 40g more water and whisk in a quick W or M motion for about 60 seconds, slowly lifting the whisk out. this was a w in my book | Ethan Rode | Facebook
