So just add a little bit more water if needed just enough to get the flour all moistened and mixed together. But we want it to stay thick. Making bread! This is the first punch down of the dough and basically just punching the air out and oiling the bowl and then I’ll let it rise it a second time. Letting it rise three times might seem a little excessive but it’s a secret to really nice texture in your slices. It’s how I’ve always done it and how my momma taught me. 😊 P.S.
